I was told that the posting information could most probably be assessed today… but I guess it isn’t so. I don’t feel really upset, actually, as I feel almost… not that anxious to know the result yet. I mean, of course, I do think of it sometimes, but it’s not enough to make me make all the phone calls to get some info on my posting.

Weird? Well, yeah… urmm… not really. I guess it is just a nature of mine. I tend to be calm, and rather… nonchalant (?) about the whole thing, unless the time is really near. Still couldn’t get that? Let me put it this way, just say that I have one or two assignments that I need to do and I don’t really think about it until the due date is near… it’s almost like that, although not entirely the same. Is that something good? Or is it bad? I don’t even know the answer myself.

But to tell you the truth, I am quite happy that the info is not out yet. ‘Cause that means there is no exact date of when I will be leaving home… and I kind of take it my own way by thinking that it must be later that 5th of January, 2009. It’s not that I hate teaching, it’s just that being away from home since I was 16 makes me quite attached to being at home… as I felt I’ve been away too long. Or maybe, I am just plain manje… whichever you want to put it…. =)

Anyway, the rumor (or NOT) has it that the posting info will be available on the 20th. Well, I just have to keep on waiting. But hey, for the time being, let’s enjoy ourselves being BORED and RESTLESS at home, ‘cause we probably won’t be having this kind of ‘luxury’ after we are posted, huh?

A comeback~

Today is the 11th of December… months of absence from the blogging world. I do read my friends' blog now and then, but just couldn’t find the way to write my own~ I guess the surrounding in IPBA where friends were always in reach made me quite lazy to blog… I’d rather go and kacau others than writing here. Hmm.. it’s been a long while since I write… seems like I almost forget this kind of ‘feeling’… ^^ but I guess the distance from the friends that I made these 5 and a half years will actually force me to indulge myself in the blogging world once again…

So, another few weeks of siblings fights until I am going to be sent to any school in Malaysia to start my duty as a teacher. This actually made me kind of anxious, and nervous… where will I end up? Which school? Which state? What kind of school will it be? The school culture? The students… ? All these will be answered in less than a month. I don’t even know if I am ready for this.

But then, ready or not… I have no rights to say NO (unless I have RM100,000++ to pay the gov… LOL). I am trained for FIVE YEARS AND A HALF for heaven’s sake… yet I am still very unsure~ not whether am I fit to teach, but to live on my own in a place that I might not know… and maybe with no-one to talk to ~ I guess my parents do spoil me too much… and the years in IPBA and Macquarie too… (I mean, even lodging was taken care of there, I don’t need to find a place to stay on my own~). ^^

Well, hopefully, everything will go smoothly without any problem (Praying hard~)… We’ll see in a few days.

Phew~!

It has been like... MONTHS since I last blogged! I don't even want to try and count how many months have I been missing in action from the blogging world. Haks~ But all of a sudden, I crave on writing on a new entry... so I might as well just keep the blog from the comma state to the alive state again~ ^^

Anyways.... back in Malaysia... doing the whole going to class thing again in IPBA... dealing with HEP and the all those admin work which had worn me out a little bit... (but of course, that doesn't mean I lose weight!) LOL. And in a couple or so weeks, I'll be out in school for prac. That's SCARY. And the fact that I'll be teaching in an all boys' schools adds up to my nervousness. Hmm... I hope I'll finish the prac successfully and come back home still in one piece hehehe... Pray for my success, okay?

And of course, apart from helping to organise teachers' day in IPBA, I was also busy with my brother's wedding the past few weeks... and now everything is settled and we welcome Kak Ju as one of our new family member... Hehe... guess she has to put up with us speaking Kelantanese at home and try to understand it then...

Yosh!

It's been a while after the final exam... I've always wanted to update but it seemed that I had nothing much to write on... so I've been putting things on hold, but I guess I just write whatever these fingers feel like typing for the meantime... huhu! ^^

So, here I am right now - looking at the screen of my laptop each passing day... that's basically what my life is right now... pretty boring, ey? Getting overly excited while reading news about some celebrities who don't even know I existed, getting pissed at the sometimes annoying, slow computer, getting bored when I have nothing else to watch or spazz on, eating like... all the time! worrying how heavy my luggage will be... worrying about whether I've bought enough souvenirs... all that itsy bitsy stuff that tend to make me go a lil bit crazy everyday. :P Haha. But then, those are better than having to crack my head and do assignments I suppose! I need a good, long break from that. Hopefully they will recharge my batteries and when I'm back in IPBA, I'll be so highly energetic and anxious for academic activities (I wish... I really know how to bluff to myself. Pssstt, shouldn't let the world to know that.)

Anyways... It's exactly 14 days before I am going to fly back home. Yay! Been missing home like crazy and finally the time almost come! I've never thought that two years (almost) will pass by sooo quickly. I am happy that I have actually managed to live in a foreign land without much problem 'cause I've never really thought of being somewhere this far before... I mean, I did daydream that I'd be able to study abroad when I was in high school but I didn't really think that it'd actually come true! Alhamdulillah. Though there are a lot of disappointments, like unachieved resolutions (which I don't want to mention here! haha) , still there are loads more good things that I gained here, whether I realize it or not (or at least that's what I want to believe... maimuki-desu!!). I'll miss Sydney for all the good and the bad things it offers, but I am all enthusiastic to go home as well. Hopefully, the road ahead is brighter and full of happiness and rahmah. InsyaAllah.

AADBSK season II madness~!

yosh! finally they're here!
i can't imagine how happy i was when the parcel was in my embrace! (literally! i was hugging the box when i first receive them from the admin!)

so here the story goes~

yesterday, me and hannah were soooo bored and we were extremely hoping that AADBSK 2 would arrive~ hoping that pakcik posmen would knock on our door with a parcel for me (or us~ haha). but it was already past noon... and pakcik posmen was still not showing himself... i was already going half 'crazy'~ we kinda watched a movie (the banquet with daniel wu... not exactly the best movie we've watched, if you know what i mean) and did a survey in my room just to kill time and kill my anxiousness as well~

i almost gave up. maybe it's not gonna be here today i thought. it was already around 4 pm then. i don't know why i suddenly saw jaime's ym status ~ 'mari kite ke admin' or something along that line. and my fingers quickly gatal clicked her name and asked her why should we go to admin? (i kinda literally include myself in ~ well you know i usually do that stuff sometimes~ or maybe all the time? but neways... it's jaime, she'd understand! hahahaha). anyways... then she said she wanted to buy reload credit for her house phone but realized that she didn't have the money so she kinda feel like canceling going over to the admin office. i guess me clicking her name and asking the question was FATE. she asked to borrow a couple of dollars from me and dragged me there with her. i was actually secretly hoping that there'd be a notice in my mail box saying that AADBSK had arrived and i could collect it at the admin or even the post office (sanggup nak pergi post office asalkan bende tuh sampai!). but then jaime said she was in a rush because the admin might be closed anytime. it was already around 4.30 pm that time. she suggested that i should just go and asked the reception if i received any parcel. i agreed.

so off we go. i was hoping the parcel was there, but at the same time persuaded myself not to keep my hopes too high. i didn't wanna be too crushed! but then dang! my heart skipped a beat when the girl at the reception desk said that i had a parcel. but she scared me once again when she showed a wrong package to me. i was already quite sad then. i thought i was excited for nothing! however, she said she was wrong and checked the cabinet or whatever behind the counter once again~ and she took a medium-sized brown box. MY NAME was clearly PRINTED on the box! My heart screamed of joy! i was like... BEAMING! she might have wondered why is this girl soo excited receiving a parcel. well, yeah of course, it ALL ABOUT DONG BANG SHIN KI season 2 for heaven sake!

so i was smiling widely and kinda screamed a little on the way back home. jaime was the witness. hahaha. i couldn't stop speculating how hannah would react then. i knew she would scream. and she did... screamed AND jumped! hahaha. then we were busy taking pics and all that before watching them will giggly, fangirly mode... MAJOR FANGIRL mode actually~ huhu.

huishh. what a long post. my neck is killing me. hahaha. did i just bore you? :P sorry. can't help but write this down. ^^

now i am just gonna wait patiently for the blankie. Muah muah to Leleng for that. You love your sis so much, ei??? kkekeke

boredom strikes again!

Yep! It's 10 am now and I have nothing to do really~ so I decided to write another entry. This time I decided to include my current desktop~ talking about nothing to do, ey? Haha. Well, don't blame me for not being interested in nothing much but change my desktop wallpaper almost all the time~ I think it is almost a weekly activity for me to change my desktop wallies. And when I changed the wallpaper, I will definitely change everything so that it will suit the new wallie... be it my Yahoo Messenger skin, my Winamp skin~ I have this thing that says 'everything needs to suit each other!'. :P [don't tell me it's another OCD?] And of course, Dong Bang Shin Ki's or Junsu's pic memang dah selalu menghiasi desktop! Spreading the Dong Bang love for myself~ kekeke! [Do not roll your eyes or throw up because of my 'fan-girly-ness'!

This is my current wallie~ VERY pinkish! That's because I need the wallie to suit Junsu-winamp-skin! ^^

It takes me hours to get that simple thing done! I mean it takes me a while to make the wallie using Photoshop, because I hated it if my winamp and ym covered any of their faces~ so I was editing and editing until I am satisfied with the result. Gee, I hope this will last for more than a week. If not, all those efforts... pheewhh!

Other than that, I am also able to get my hands on the new Jay Chou's album: On the Run. What do I think? Well... I love the album. I might be biased though because I usually love his work... but yeah... there are a few songs that are more towards the 'cutesy' side~ Haha... I am trying to imagine him singing them live now... Haha though a little bit awkward, I am sure he'd be able to pull that off... ^^ And I love the third track (Blue and White Porcelain) . It's another track that has a little bit of Chinese feel to it... which he ALWAYS have in every album of his... GOOD one! And of course track number 5. That brought me back to his movie, Secret and made me sad all over again! Iskkk~

Huuu it's already 21st Oct.! Gee, it's not even two months until I'm gonna fly back home (and of course, you guys too, fellow macquarians!) I can't describe how happy I am! It's not like living here is bad, in fact, it's never close to that... it has been a GREAT 2 years... but it is always a good thing to go back to a place you call HOME~ am I right? ^^ I feel like reflecting now, you know, the things that I gained throughout the years in Sydney, the experience, the friendship (kawan2 dunia akhirat... thee heee) but there're still a month and 3 weeks left so maybe I should just wait till maybe, the last week I am gonna be in MUV?

Anyway... as everyone has noticed, this blog is never short of the ramblings on my personal obsession and here it comes again. ^^ This is kinda outdated but as I only update the blog now, I'm gonna have to mention this....

I HAVE ORDERED THE ALL ABOUT DONG BANG SHIN KI SEASON 2 from YesAsia last Tuesday (16/10/2007) ! Yippie!

It's on the 5th shipment unit so it hasn't been shipped out yet (uuuuhh~) and I am (NOT) patiently waiting for them (ordered 2... one for me and one for hannah ^^) Hope that it will be safely delivered to our door soon! Can't wait.

What else? Hmm... of course, more assignments due... I am trying to motivate myself to start early, cuz by the time AADBSKII arrived, I really don't want to feel guilty for shoving off the assignments over the DVDs as I am sure I am not that strong to resist the temptation to watch AADBSKII all in one go~! lol... I am now speaking like a crazy fangirl... Can't believe that the one spazzing about DBSK here is a TEACHER-TO-BE! Oppss~ did I just announce that to the world???

It's the 7th of October, 25th day of Ramadhan... that's how fast time flies!

Anyway, I am finally done with the microteaching I was rambling about on the last post. How relieved I am to be set free of another burden! It went quite well anyway so I don't feel too bad about it... there's still a small 800 word reflective writing to be done based on that though T_T [which I haven't started yet!] due the day after tomorrow. Wish I'd be able to complete writing by or on Monday night [yes, I WISH!... who knows what will come up next... lol].

A short entry for this time around, I don't have much to say. See ya when I feel like writing again. ^^

spring break mode

I can't believe that I've got through writing 4000 words essays in a week! Phew~ What a week I'm telling you. But I do feel a slight guilt 'cause I don't think I have done my best ~ Why? Well of course they weren't exactly the best of work when you just skimmed and scanned half of the articles that you have read then wrote 2000 based on that 'little' knowledge. And to think that I actually finished my assignments slightly faster than those who has started before me... of course they wouldn't be my best effort! No use complaining though. It was my choice. I chose to do them that way. Hrmm.. I guess I am just too anxious to do my non-academic activity that I just need to get the assignments done and over with - whatever it takes!

I've got TWO assignments coming up as well. Need to start considering when I'll start them. Hehe~ hope it wouldn't be as late as the previous assignments. Urghh... another microteaching! Hates it! It's just not comfortable pretending to know more in front of my classmates and pretending to TEACH them something. What's more teaching them things that they already know... Haishhh~ it's embarrassing, really! But ey, gotta do what you gotta do, aite? So, I think I'll get through it.

On the bright side, I will have a few days of break before working on the assignments~ YAY! Hannah, what are we going to watch? Kekekeke! (Uuu... re-watching DongBangShinKi vids is of course in the list! lol).

Hope ya'll have a good break as well. o^.^o

And of course~ the month of Ramadhan is here. Lets try and make the most out of it, yea? Just a few minutes before Maghrib. I just finished my first educ391 draft. A whole lot of work need to be done to edit that. But I'm gonna give myself a little break before I burst and go ga-ga!

Panicking? what an irony!

Right now, I should be reading countless books and journals for my assignments but I can't seem to fight the urge to write a blog entry. Hmm... I've been told that my blog doesn't seem like 'my' blog at all cuz it is usually filled with rambling about my obsession with TVXQ, Fly to the Sky and what-not, so for once I am going to ramble fully on my life as a student! [I hope this will be maintained until the end of the entry without me diverging to my obsession at all - though I highly doubt it!]

Anyways, the main issue now is that I have never been so clueless in doing my assignments! Before this [previous assignments - previous semester]€, I'd nag that I had no idea what I should be writing but it seemed that I'd be able to go about it at least a week before the assignments are due, I mean, there're plenty of time to read all the readings etc. before I can actually start 'merepek' and babbling on the essay. But now, I still am quite unsure of how I am actually going to structure my essay. I am dead scared that I won't be answering the question after a 2000-words ramblings [not that I had started on them yet, yes them.. I have two 2000 words assignments waiting to be done which are both due in a week's time - my current wordcount [0]!!!!]. Help! I guess I still cannot adapt myself to doing assignments for this semester as they are the first to be submitted. Please Ya Allah, give me some strength and also some light so that I'll be able to get through this~ Amin~

I think I better stop. I really am beginning to get a bit PANIC. Gotta work hard! Jauhkan dari anasir anasir (kena ade [-] ke? ~ erk... I seem to forget my BM writing convention - don't kill me!) that will distract me and distort my attention *cough*TVXQ*cough*.

Okay... It's been FOREVER since I updated this blog (seems that this particular line has been the first sentence of my entry for quite sometimes already!). It's already moving towards the end of August. How time flies! I am all piled up with tons of assignments, yet I don't have any idea where to start... or maybe when to start! Haha~ guess that I am still the old me who can't help but procrastinate~!! BAD!!

Anyways... seems like my watching-Korean-drama-days have slowed down a bit. I just don't feel like watching korean dramas these few weeks, but more keen to watching Taiwanese dramas. A new Ming-Dao and Qiao-En drama doesn't help much in stopping this~ haks~ well of course, though k-drama watching has been slow in progress, there's never a break when talking about Dong Bang Shin Ki (TVXQ). I practically watch their clips everyday~ listen to their songs (both Korean & Japanese albums) like all the time (this is a bit exaggerating), and never fail to visit their site each day! Hak! Talking about obsession. I think I've never been this obsessed! Haha. And to think that they are actually younger than I am!!!!! But it's okay, I'm told that I look 15 anyway~ haha.

Apart from my obsession-based ramblings and activities, I also went to schools (Fairfield High & Cleveland St. High) with Hannah, Fariza, Fatin and Sarah. The observation had been wonderful~! It's so different from the atmosphere in James Ruse that we visited last semester. Here, I could really see the students (who were in majority new immigrants) struggling to learn a new language (English of course). Watching this, I couldn't help but thinking of Yoochun (TVXQ) and how he would have struggled to learn English when he was in the US! (see I even thought of them when I was doing academic-based activity!). Makes me feel like flying to Korea and teach Yoochun and Junsu English!!! hahaha (silly me!).

Junsu and Yoochun :: It'll be wonderful (and crazy) to have them as my students~!!! I think I can hardly concentrate on teaching!!

bad mood ramblings

Being nice to people can also take its toll on you~ they take advantage of you, take you for granted... but maybe they don't realise that they are actually doing that. you end up feeling angry and annoyed by yourself and nobody actually bother. when you're feeling bad about being taken for granted they still thought that they did nothing wrong. they don't know how sad they make you feel. but yes. nothing is gonna change. what's wierd about that is that you will never stop trying to be nice. you seem to forget all that just when the anger and annoyance subsided. and you try your best to treat others the way you want to be treated. but sometimes they just don't get it. maybe it's your own fault that you never tell them how you feel. it's your own fault that you keep it to yourself. but then, even if you tell them, would that do any good? so what are you supposed to do then? stop being nice? so that you won't end up being hurt?

it's just one of those days when i feel bad.

no limitations~

Today's the 20th of July.. that's 20.07.2007 (uu nice~!!!) and it's my big brother's 26th birthday (Happy Bday Abe~!!)... that also means the holidays is nearly coming to an end~ (sob sob). It's been one month of leisure (and it's getting its toll on me... my round face seems to become 'rounder'~ if that's even possible~! erk). I guess in a week or so I am going to be out and about (to class and macquarie centre of course~~) so I'm hoping to lose some weight that I had carelessly gained this month~ hehe.

Anyway... the 7th and the last of book of Harry Potter will be released tomorrow! Can't wait to get in line and grab the book~ Borders~ here I come!!! HAHA. I am seriously anticipating the ending of the series. Wonder what will happen to Harry? Alive? Dead? Owhh and I am soooooo anticipating of what will happen to Hermione's and Ron's relationship~ ahhaha been rooting for these two since I read the fourth book~ lol! Hope nothing tragic will happen cuz that will definitely make me feel devastated~!!! I hate devastating ending!! And the fifth movie was not bad either... I think... though a lil slow... but well, the book itself is very thick so to film it is definitely quite a challenge. So kudos to all of 'em~!!

Anyway~ found a very cute/funny pic of TVXQ! Haha.. credit to whoever make it! I can't remember who did it but I remember saving it from TVXQ thread in soompi. How cute ei??

Cuti cuti update~

So it has been a while since I last updated.. that's exactly 15 days actually~ I am starting to wonder am I really a 'blogger' material... but I guess it depends on my mood... I am actually in cloud nine right now so I feel like blogging. Now I generalise myself as someone who blogs when in a good mood~ mostly, apart from complaining about the number of assignments that I had to do of course~!

Anyway... I have been REALLY enjoying the winter break so far despite the fact that it has its toll on me somehow... my skin is ALL DRY and I am so sick of coating myself with lotion and what-not! Well, enough of the downside... now the good side... I am having so much fun cooking (and eating what I cooked) though I am kinda worried of how much weight I gained from that as I am writing this. It has been a while since I cooked a large amount of food, usually I just cooked for myself... but since the past 2 weeks I think there hardly ever a time where I don't cook! I miss my instant noodles now~! LOL. But the most important thing is that cooking with moi closent friends makes the feeling even better... Anyways, apart from that, me and Hannah have been watching 'Snow Flower/Flakes' for the past 4 days (I think) and we finished the 16 eps kdrama last night (like FINALLY!!). The plot was o-kayy though... but it's so funny that we were actually watching the series in 'fast forward' mode most of the time! I guess we don't really bother the love stories of Dami's mom and dad and also that other ahjussi~ we were watching solely for Kibum~ and that's what we were doing exactly~! We were only watching his parts carefully and intently... what I mean by that is that we stopped the 'fast foward' mode [which is actually watchable, only that the movements were faster and the audio sounds like chipmunks] and then leaned forward to the laptop~!! How intent is that~(!!) and we start hitting each other (?!! now it's not that weird when you see the scene of us hitting each others' arms urself though it sounds kinda weird!! *lol*) while saying how cute he is... haha... huh... I feel so LAME~ haha but whatever... moosun~
And another happy news! Fly to the Sky is coming out with a new album this 3rd or 4th July!! That hyped me up these few days... I've been going through their sites and thread for updates everyday~! Talking about having nothing else better to do! Hehe~ By the way, I love their performance of 'My Angel'... They never dissapoint me when they sing live... that was sooo good!! While I am writing this I am listening to Tomorrow where both of them perform the song~ and I loved it even better than the original version. I mean, they have the best voices and they are good enough on their own but them together, is EVEN better! Haha... am I being tooo overreacting here? (Forgive me!!!)

Yup yup yup!

Just what the title says, the holidays is here~ weeheeeee~~~

I know... I know... I am way too excited!

But I guess I can't help it~

The holidays started yesterday actually...

or maybe the day before, coz we (me and Hannah) went straight to watch Pirates 3: At World's End~ and I love it~!! I dunno if I like this better than the 2nd one, cuz I totally forgot what my feeling was when I was watching the 2nd one last year~

so basically, I LOVE the 3rd one!

But, it's kinda sad that Will had to leave for 10 years~ uuu...

I know~ a LOT of people went to watch Pirates because of Mr. Depp.

BUT I am not one of them~

I am there totally for Mr. Bloom. Haha!

My fav part was probably when Will and Elizabeth got married in the middle of the fight~!

I mean, how COOL was that! Haha~

I can't help remembering when Tasha got all upset about this matter-- just because I am not a fan of Johnny Depp!! And you were saying he's one in a million, Tasha? Everybody is! Even you are one in a million urself~! (Oh Tasha~ are you touched now?) Or maybe we should day ONE IN 6 MILLIONS ( or was it BILLIONS Ana?) Oh Gosh! I got messed up with the numbers~!! Never mind that, you probably know what I mean...

just got back from macquarie centre~

and i got myself a new quilt cover set~!!

haha~ talking about doing something spontaneously~ i was only out to print some notes for the assignment, mind you! but look at what i end up with~!!!

okay.. so it has been, what? three weeks since the last post? hehe... my bad! I just don't have any idea what to write...

now... it's 11 days till the torture of all assignments (for this semester that is!!) will be completely OVER! I just can't wait till that day comes~!! Though I officially still have TWO assignments to be done, I have actually contemplated on the things that I want to do this coming break!! Talking about planning ahead of time... hehe~~

anyways... for the past week, I have been quite a good student (for my standard). I've been to the library.. BOOK HUNTING! Been really dizzy searching through thousands of books... but I'm glad I didn't get sick and throw up while readings all those endless notes... Pheewww~~ and yay! finally I kinda finished my Bilingualism assignment. I don't know how good or how bad it is, but the most important thing is~ IT'S DONE!! Yep... another two to go.... hope I'd have some more strenght left in me~~

THEN I CAN HAVE A REAL BREAK~~ ngeh ngeh!! Tak sabar nak jalan2 and tengok cerita korea balik~!!! (tho macam memang tak pernah stop tengok crite korea pon kan... but then after these I can watch withour worrying about assignments~ that'd be REALLY good~~ Juaheyo!~~

Okay... I think Alin has tagged a wong person. It's about being active at school... what did I do really in school for extra curricular activities? Well, it was so RARE I can't even remember much actually~ So, anyway, though you guys will be dissapointed with my list... I'd just tell ya briefly how NOT active I was in school....

I only remember being a reserve for a debate~ oh nope.. public speaking, I think~

Secondary school...

I was sooo not active back in Naim. I don't know why but I just don't want feel like participating in anything at all~ I hardly even go to the extra-curricular activities. Suke cari alasan nak ponteng those activities... Haha~ tapi I tak ponteng sekolah ok! Perfect attandence~!!!
In MJSC... I just entered a english debate competition between MJSCs of our zones (which I can't remember). I forget till what round I was in... but I remember it wasn't the final... haha!!
Being part of the choral speaking team... not really apart of the team... I only write the 'script' (?) or lines or whatever you call it and watch them practice~ hahaha~ I do the easy work
I also wrote a script for a drama competition between MJSC... but using my junior's name.... it was after SPM already then... so my teachers and I made a pack that I helped writing the script because none of the students in the drama team that time (my juniors) seems to be able to write a script (or for whatever reason it was) so I became the scriptwriter illegally... Shhhhh~~~~~ And it won FIRST PLACE~!!! Just that of course... I bukan yang dapat nama... Orang lain tak tau except for my teachers and the drama team tu aje~~~ HUHU~!

Well... that's about all. Told ya it's not a long list~~~

it's been a while since the last entry, i just don't have anything to do... and nothing to complain except for the usual stuff i complain about.. assignments, readings... getting fatter, wanting to be thinner.. all that same old stuff. i know. my life is boring. but that's what made it my life i guess. it's all good though. it just means that i have a pretty stable life. no one to annoy me... and i hope i don't annoy anybody as well. well. just a plain, happy, comfortable life.

right now i'm looking at my ling 340 assignments. i don't have any idea on how to discuss maths language. sigh. maybe cuz i don't have much love for the subject since high school (addmaths that is.. i'm not that bad in modern-maths) and now it's coming back to me. i don't know... crossing path anyway near maths made me feels... i don't know... annoyed? wait till i go back to malaysia and become a teacher. i'd be feeling suicidal i guess if im ever assigned to teach maths. and i'd ruined my students too.. haha~!!! uuu... mintak dijauhkann...

anyway... i got something else that worries me. i'm going to school soon. but i just don't think i have enough formal clothes to wear to school. buy some more? i don't want to... provided that it's very hard to find blouses with my size. i am soooo fed up of shopping. i want to save money. hehe... am i being stingy? i guess so... i've always been stingy... excluding money for food. i'd buy anything i feel like eating.. hehe.. anyway... lagipun bukan selalu pakai blouse... beli byk2 pon kalau x pakai cam membazir~~

when i'm angry?

hmm.. i know jaime has tagged me weeks ago but only now i am posting this entry.

so let's just get to the point. i don't get angry that easily, but i do get annoyed easily over small things. but usually it won't last a sec. i'd get over it easily too.

so when i am really angry

i stay quiet. avoid myself from talking to others (especially to the one making me angry.. until i'm ok again~). if somebody did then i'd reply in a monotonous tone, and as brief as possible. i don't usually snap at other people (except to my family members. i'm extra-sensitive around my family members. i tend to be calmer with my friends etc.)
i won't tell anyone that i'm angry. so i just bare with it ALL the time. yep. sometimes it hurts but it's just i keep things to myself.
if it's about mess, for instance if i clean the house, and then a split second later it's gone messy again, i NAG. ok. i know i'll grow up and be a naggy mother. it's inherited i guess. haha~! But this usually happens at home, having 2 younger brothers who like to put their books EVERYWHERE does help in stirring my anger. they even told me i tend to nag a lot.
i cry. yep. that's cuz i don't like, or rather, don't know how to tell what's inside my head & heart. so i tend to just cry.
sometimes i listen to loud music, really loud. so that i can just forget what's making me angry. if i'm angry and i listen to sentimental, slow stuff, i'll cry. hehe~

hmm... i guess that's about it. i can't think of anything other than that. it's been a while now that i get really angry and i wish it stays that way. being angry is tiring. i wish someday if i ever get angry again, i can just take a calm breath, ambil wuduk, solat sunat ke and then forget everything. that's the best way.

It seemed that the Easter break has been moving so fast. It feels like it was only a few days ago that Hannah, Farah and Jaime left for their holidays in New Zealand, and I bet they are having a fantastic time there (though I heard them throwing up and all that while they were on their road trip). And today there are actually coming back! How time flies. Yes, time waits for no one. If you waste it, then even if you cried blood tears, it will never come back. That - I hope will be something I always remember.

While they were screaming and having fun in NZ, I myself have been enjoying myself in Sydney. Those lazy days at home spending time doing nothing but watching movies, series etc. also count, but I actually WENT OUT! It's not that I am really a homey person, it's the thought of travelling by bus and having difficulties in finding a spot for prayer that kills my eagerness to go out everytime. But as I don't want to just stay home, I decided to go with Fariza, Tasha and Fatin to the Royal Easter Show. It's really just a spontaneous thing for me so I don't really buy anything except for a bag that I desperately want to use in that instance. If it wasn't for that, I might not even buy anything at all. I guess you guys already know about my fickle-mindedness in deciding to buy things.. hehe. Nonetheless, I had fun.

My true shopping spree happens when we went to Berkinhead Point (now I am not sure this is the correct spelling~ whatever.. hehe). Then it continued to Auburn. But I guess the things I bought are the things that I've always wanted so I don't really regret spending my money. Though the thought of those money fly of (literally!) upsets me a bit. Ha-ha! But well, me and my shopping habits. Once I shop, I shop till I drop! Yep yep!

That's all for today. I'm having headache now 'cuz I've been doing bilingualism readings and planning since early in the morning. Huh... determined to get things done. At least a little. Hehe. So yeah. Sign off for now. Leave you with a few pics.

Goong S Ends~

For the past 3 months I have been faithfully, patiently watching Goong S~ Though it has ended quite a while ago, still for a non-korean speaker like me, it just ends just as the subs were released today~...

The feeling? Contented 'cuz finally it's over, BUT I am also sad that I won't be able to feel anxious to see Kang Hoo/ Lee Hoo in action again~ of course I'll be doing reruns after this~
but the feeling now is the same when I finished my Prison Break marathon.. sad... i don't know... like I've lost something~ funny isn't it? [...but Prison Break gave me a little bit more impact as I watched it non-stop for four days~ what's more the storyline is waaayy more intense~... I am soooooo going to watch Season 3 when it airs!]

Hmm.. Now that that's over, it doesn't mean that I am over watching dramas~ you know what I mean (raised my left eyebrows.. hehe). Fuh~ my hard drive is getting full~!!! What am I to do??? I thought the space was big enough but apparently it is NOT! I need to think of something. Hopefully buying another external hard drive won't be an option.

Huh. No use sighing. I am a student. THIS is my life. I had to admit that. Though I sometimes wonder whether I've been treating assignments and studies as my priorities. It seemed that it wasn't so. You know what I mean. Anyway. I'm going to save the assignments for tomorrow. Shhheeeshhh~~~

Today I woke up earlier... that means I did not sleep after my subuh prayer~ turned on my laptop... found that my account was suspended~ again~~~ and I had to wait till 9 am to clarify and have 'them' reactivated my account... yada yada yada... enough of that. I'm sick of complaining~ makes me feel worse... Let's just FORGET that~

Hmm.. what had I been doing lately? Well, my activities with Hannah had slowed down a bit. Basically 'cause we had finished a few series (imagine doing nothing but watch series on my laptop for the whole day! We even had our lunches in my room!!). I thought maybe we need a break (at least I do) from all those craziness and come back to reality... yes!

This semester~ my mind is scattered everywhere. Definitely that's due to the fact that we don't have any exams at all! Yeah we do have tons of assignments but the thoughts of 'no-exams semester' makes me feel at ease. That is in terms of my readings and all that. Of course I am even more scared that EVERYTHING will be assessed based on my oral + written assignments... I'm the type who scored better in exams than in assignments (not to brag or saying I'm somekind of a genius or something - which I am definitely NOT - but usually my exam marks DOES help) ... and this SCARES a hell out me!! YES, in conclusion, I am grade-concious!

~and yippie! I had completed my microteaching assignments~!! Both the presentation and the reflective writing task! Just like what I told Rod~ 'I want to get it DONE AND OVER WITH!' and there goes my first assignment! Let's worry about the results later. Right now I need a break before I start worrying on my other assignments!

Let's stop this here. I am definitely not used to this type of reporting. Ha-ha! So diary-like~ but I guess I need to consider writing these stuff so that my blog won't be so 'retarded'! He he... I need to post more stuff, more entries! Well, I guess I'm just not good with words~ or my life are just too plain and boring.

Okay... so after a while, we're finally in this tagging game again. This time, Alin iniated the game... and of course somebody tagged her before she tagged me and dragged me into this... he he. But to actually tag another 6, Alin? I don't think it's within my capabilities... Who should I tag? You are tagging my friends as well, you know? And my previous school friends are not bloggers!! Anyway, I'm trying to think of the wierd things about me while I am writing this. So, don't expect a great list of wierdness, okay? I might forget that I am wierd in some way... Okay, now I sound 'wierd'. Heh!

1. I love to eat even though I am already full. I don't know why, but I just have the cravings to actually munch something eventhough my tummy is already stuffed! I think of food as happiness! The joy of tasting (and of course eating!) the food is like... I can't say it with words... If you know me, you know what I mean. That's why my 'dreams' of dieting usually are usually left as dreams~

2. I love watching drama series more than once! I'd watch once on my own and I'd be going to my friends and telling them about how good those dramas are!! I am like an unpaid promoter! And of course, I'd be watching the whole thing (usually) again~!! Sheeeshh... I know... I know... It's a waste of time. I knew that, but still I did that! Haks.

Urm.. now what? Running out of ideas. Oh yeah!

3. I always say that I want to buy certains things, be it sandals, or bags, t-shirts~ anything, but I always end up not buying them! Sometimes I will, but usually I don't!! Why? I don't know that myself. It's either I'd get lazy to go to the mall, store etc. or I change my mind just when I go to those places~ Weird, am I? But the good thing is, I get to save some money! Haaahh!!

4. I waste those money I saved (from no. 3) on useless things instead. DVD and VCD collections, external harddisk, handphones etc... well anyway, for me, those things are my treasures!!!

5. Love to cook in large amount and ask others to eat them. Is that even wierd?

6. And owh~ I'd get excited easily but then, after a while, I get bored! Like, for example, writing novels. The first few chapters, I'd be writing like crazy and then after a while, I just let it go. Then I forget what is it that to write after a while, making it quite impossible for me to continue writing. Or sometimes, I just changed the whole story. Even the lead character changes sometimes!! And yeah... I write characters based on true celebrities traits, or at least their physical traits... and even how much I love certain korean/chinese celebs, still I can't use them as the characters in my story as I don't think their characters will fit~ cuz I write in English and most of them CANNOT speak English in real life. So, I can't imagine them or bring them alive as my 'english-spoken' characters. That's why Edison was always my target...

So, do you think I'm weird now? Cuz I do now as I've written all this~! Haihh..

Okay so the title itself should give you an idea of how this post going to be. I really think I am fat now. So, yeah I know, before this I don't really care about how much I consumed but lately, I really think I am scared to eat as much as I'd like, and I used to!! Why, cuz everybody else seems to be thinner and I am not!!!!!! Having a couple of 'gym-freaks' friends doesn't help much of course, only made me even more worried about my weight! I am now offcially weight-concious as well. Thanks to Hannah and Jaime. But I'm not about to join you gals for gym, but maybe I'd do some exercise at home by myself~ Hehe... and maybe control the amout of food I am going to consume each and everyday~ Fuh~ counting calories, anyone?

AJA AJA HWAITING!! Hope I'll be successful in this new resolution of mine... not so much of losing weight, but to look THIN is my primary goal~!! He he he... now whose fault is it again?

I have nothing to do now, waiting for Jaime to book a ticket back to Malaysia this winter.
Workloads for the new semester are obviously lining up on my calendar. I have a presentation in two weeks and though I roughly have something in mind but I still haven't properly outlined and drafted my ideas... Hope it'll be alright...

Pejam celik pejam celik... I'm already at my usual desk in Sydney!! How time flies when you are actually enjoying yourself~ but no complaint! I am not that sad to be in sydney... I have my friends to start with! And my own bedroom and bath! Hah! That's something that I don't have in Malaysia... he he he~

Well the last couple of days have been~ urmm.. I dunno... as simple as it always have been~ Started the day a bit late~ hehehe of course I need to 'qada' my sleep because I was travelling all the way from Kay Bee by car [that takes around 8 hours, mind you~] and another 8 long hours of flight from KLIA to Sydney Airport... and not to mention... waiting for the shuttle service to pick me up along with Pari and Naya... and yeah.. I forgot to take any picture at the Sydney Airport! I told myself that I would because I haven't got any picture there~ haihh and yet this forgetfulness syndrome still lurks in my head... Anyway... the shuttle guy... he walked waayyyy fastt. We're like... trying to catch up to him all the time! Not to mention he said.. 'Culloden Road-do~' in a funny way that he had to repeat more than 3 times until one of us understood!!!

And of course... the first thing I did after I came back was checking out whether my internet connection was alright... there were a few problems here and there but it seems everything is alright now... apart from the regular occurance of disconnection from the internet~ haihh.. I hope this will get better...

My life has been a roller coaster! It's been almost a month since my last post~ or has it pass that already? Hehe. I'm free as a bird now! I've finished my part time working days already! Fuh! What experience have I gained! Truly, I will always treasure that forever! And now that I am totally free, I'm back with my craziness~ he he he... if only my students know the REAL me, they would have been scared away~ hahaha!

Fuh.. for the pass few weeks... I have a done whole lot! Taking care of my whiny cat... seriously... Sam-shik (my cat) is sooo noisy~! Demanding betul! Have EATEN LOADS as well! Arghh.. I just don't want to remind myself of those weight I gained~! Nasi kerabu, laksam, nasi sumatera, KFC, McDonalds.... nasi ayam masak merah pon jadi breakfast tau! Hehehe.. Kelantanese just love nasi! We even have rice for our breakfast! How can I not be bloated~?? UUhhh... Just wanna share with you guys a plate of KFC's snackplate.. esp. the macquarians yg mmg susah nk dpt fast food~ skarang dah jadi set 4.. dulu set 3.... haih.. just almost a year gone and there is such change already!!

Phew~! It's the 12th day of the new year and only now I am posting my first entry this year. It is also officially my 10th day working as a part time tutor/facilitator in Oxford Language Centre. What can I say about being a tutor? Does it take a lot of hard work? Hmm.. not really.. basically because I don't work there full time. I just go and photocopy the materials that I'll be teaching and then at night, I'll be teaching for two hours. Urghh.. I always forget nak punch card~!!! Haha... malu nyeee~

Anyway, as I am now facing the real life as a teacher, I am starting to wonder, how am I going to face this all of my life? Haha~ Yeah, it could be fun sometimes, when the kids I teach are responding and giving their cooperations, and bonus point, if they're not shy to make jokes and as ask me questions... but what if they are just sitting there, looking so blur and blank?!! Aahhh~ that always kills me everytime! There's always ups and downs, I know... I can't just expect all the good things but... you know what I mean...

I am not saying I hate teaching though. It feels good when someone know something because of you, you see? So, I have that feeling sometimes, that's what, I think, makes all the teachers all over the world who they are today. Sacrificing a whole LOADS of things (in my case, my peaceful night time when 'korean series' are on TV~!!) Haihh~ Clap clap to all the teachers in the world. And those who will become teachers~ like you and me, fellow macquarians!! Am I right?

Heh... I think this is one the most meaningful entry I've ever written! And on a new year that is! Hah~! Guess the new year is starting very well for me... *wink wink* (^_~)\/

Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha~

Tomorrow is Hari Raya Aidiladha... I know some of you are celebrating it today~ Selamat Hari Raya Haji people!! Hehe... At least I'm able to celebrate this one with my family, though the celebration usually isn't as grand as Hari Raya Aidilfitri... I don't have a new baju raya! Tak sempat nak jahit pon. Anyway, I guess the celebration is not all about new clothes... haha~ but of course it wouldn't hurt to have new outfits for that day, aite? I know none of you would say no... esp. you fellow macquarians... haha~ shopping shopping shopping. Huhu... Jaime, dah berapa helai tudung ko beli?

Anyway... on a gloomier note, a few days back, there was an earthquake in Taiwan. And since then, the internet has been affected, not only here, but in a lot of Asian regions. Huk huk. My downloading activities once more need to be postponed. How sad is that? I am so frustrated already. I hope that the problem will be sorted out soon. Apart from the ever so important downloading activities of mine (ha-ha-ha), I also need to re-enrol soon... if the so-called 'financial crisis' is solved soon, that is! Haihhh... so many things that came up just in these very few weeks! I can't sigh, can I? Cuz sighing is definitely not good. At least I need to be more optimistic and live to the fullest.

Hoho~ life needs to be continued anyway. And because of that, I'm signing off for now. Once again,

I said that I'd be updating soon but I guess I didn't update as soon as I wanted. Reason? I don't know what to write. I am not complaining how boring my life is right now, 'cuz I personally think sitting at home watching korean dramas, watching 'love letter' gameshow all over again, and not really going out..are not really that boring! He-he. It is basically apart of my life!

I am still on episode 10 on '18 vs 29'. The fact that the male lead of the drama isn't really that good looking, it has slowed down the progress of me finishing the 16 eps drama series, 'drama berantai' as was used in last night 'Anugerah Skrin'. Is it really a proper term or just some word that they create to add to effect, I don't know. I am not exactly an expert in Bahasa Melayu, though I am a Malay myself. After learning language deeply, I realised that even though you speak one language fluently, it does not mean you are an expert on that. Ha-ha!

Back to the drama that I was talking about, I mainly watched it 'cuz the younger version of the male lead is Choi si won~! Haha~ talking about haunting good looking guys in drama series... he he he. But on a more serious note, I think the story line is kinda interesting. The female lead, a 29 yr old woman got an amnesia after an accident. But, she didn't lose all her memory, it's just that she remembered up until she was 18. Her husband, who was her 'arch enemy' when she was 18, had to put up and explain to her that she is an older woman who is married. I wonder if that could happen in real life? I think so... do you? *shrug*

I've been lazy today... instead of cooking, I took my brothers to Kaybee to buy nasi sumatera~ yum yum! It's been forever since I taste the nasi, and it is still very delicious! Though the amount of nasi sangatla banyak but I managed to finish it! Haha... basically, that's what I've been doing since I landed in Malaysia... eat, eat and EAT! Fuh~ penat makan. I think I've gained a kilo or two since :P No doubt about it! Hehe...

Apart from that (aishh... I feel like I'm writing an assignment keke), I've been busy downloading. Though the connection was quite fast, still I can't manage to download as much as I want to, and as fast as I want to cuz Megaupload keeps making me wait 3,4 or even 5 hours after one download! How frustrating is that? But anyway, to make up for the lost, thee hee hee, I downloaded Tristan & Isolde using bitcomet~! Haha~ baru tak membazir mase online kan? Hahaha.
